Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel their subscription or order within 24 hours of purchase before activation or delivery.
• Once the service has been initiated, cancellation may not be possible.
• To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@recruitsmartly.ai
• Cancellations after the 24-hour window or after service initiation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are generally not accepted.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will not be provided if the mock interview session has already started or has been partially conducted.
• We do not offer refunds for:
  • Services already rendered.
  • Once the mock interview session has started, cancellation is not possible.
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
